9. Account Suspension and Termination

ph945b reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if: (a) you violate any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you fail to complete identity verification; (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory order; or (e) we determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide services would be inappropriate.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawals must be processed, and active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance after all obligations are settled will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9.3 Consequences of Termination

In no event shall ph945b's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

10.4 Force Majeure

11.5 Arbitration

For disputes exceeding ₱100,000, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, be conducted in English or Tagalog, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

ph945b reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date and may be communicated via email, SMS, or in-platform notification.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes
